Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at info@vidahairgrowth.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Approved cases will be reviewed and resolved at our discretion. Opened or used products are not eligible for replacement.
